Highest quality in both wood and aluminum frames. From the smallest to the largest format, for both textile and the graphic industry. Our standard sizes and custom made size screens have the right degree of tension which is accomplished by controlled stretching standards. Wood frames (Canadian Poplar) coated twice with polyurethane.

Sold in a kit with the adhesive and the activator.

Emulsions

Xenon carries a line of Emulsions with solids ranging from 26% to 60% and viscosity ranging from 7500 cps to 45000 cps (lower to higher consistency). We have products that are water resistant and solvent resistant for both the Textile (plastisol and water based inks) and Graphic (UV and Solvent based inks) Industries.
Our Emulsions offer high resolution for close tolerance work, easy reclaiming, high bridging and excellent edge definition.
Our dual cure (Pre-sensitized) products are suitably applicable for halftone reproductions up to 85 lpi.
